How to make Maharashtrian Chicken Curry ?
Ingredients : 500g chicken, turmeric, salt, 3 fried onions paste, 2tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ cup of tomato puree, ¼ cup of yogurt, oil, chana dal, dry coconut, coriander.
Let’s get started.!
1.Marinate 500g chicken with 1tsp Ranmeva Chicken Masala, turmeric and salt for
30 min.
2.Add 3 fried/ onions paste, 2tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ cup of tomato puree and ¼
cup of yogurt in 4 tsp of oil and sauté it.
3. Add 2tsp Ranmeva chicken masala and cook till fragrant.
4.Roast and grind 2tsp chana dal and 2 inch roasted dry coconut and add to mixture.
5.Add marinated chicken and sauté for 2-3 min.
6.Add salt and water and cook the chicken well. Garnish with green coriander
(Tip: Roasted chana dal and dry coconut will give authentic traditional taste and
texture to gravy)
